Carving is the act of using tools to shape something from a material by scraping away portions of that material .The technique can be applied to any material that is solid enough to hold a form even when pieces have been removed from it, and yet soft enough for portions to be scraped away with available tools. FULL Veg or High VT leather can be carved by carving machine which is operated by same principle as CNS machine, used to decorate the wooden surface
Curving Head/CNC Head: The head can move across x y and z direction(3 dimensional) as per program set by computer against design. There are different types tools attached in the head as per carving requirements.
Compressor pipe is attached with the head to provide cutting force by pneumatic pressure. Light beam may some time attached with head to give a operator signal before curving operation and from this signal the material position can be adjusted.
Conveyer belt: In some machine material position is changed by conveyer belt which is operated by pneumatic pressure.
Computer: Generally instructions are saved in the DXF file and then it is transferred to the carving machine.
Calibration : After installation of the machine it is calibrated to check the machine head movement and size.
